Thanksgiving Dinner – The feast kicks off with a choice of corn and potato chowder, roasted beet & feta salad, or portobello mushroom ravioli. Entrée options include a choice of traditional roasted turkey with all the fixings, pan-seared Atlantic salmon, or herb-marinated pork tenderloin, served with savory sides. For dessert, choose from pumpkin pie, nutmeg cheesecake, or vanilla ice cream topped with salted caramel sauce. $125* per person.
Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet – Guests may enjoy a selection of soups, including Anegada conch chowder; charcuterie board featuring an assortment of specialty meats and cheeses; salad station with traditional greens, in addition to watermelon & feta and quinoa salad. Mains include a pasta station; carving station with ham and turkey; a variety of hot entrées featuring shrimp, butter chicken masala, snapper, chevre mac & cheese, rice pilaf, sauteed vegetables and red bliss potatoes. A decadent dessert selection offers island rum cake, nutmeg cheesecake, date pudding, pecan pie, gingerbread cake and brownies. $145* per person.
Christmas Day Dinner –Celebrate Christmas with choice of holiday favorites like beef Wellington or roasted turkey, in addition to herb-crusted Chilean seabass, and corn & polenta ravioli – all served with delectable side options. Soup and starter options include wild mushroom soup, herb grissini, steamed PEI mussels, pan-seared sea scallops, and baby beet root salad. Sweet treats feature warm black cake with vanilla sauce or sticky toffee pudding with Guinness ice cream. $130* per person.
New Year’s Eve Buffet – Kick off the New Year with an extravagant selection of culinary offerings, including a charcuterie and cheese station, raw oyster bar, Anegada lobster bisque, sushi bar, pasta bar, mussels and clams sauté station, carving station with prime rib and suckling pig. Entrée options include eggplant moussaka, braised chicken, lamb cacciatore, Chilean seabass, and Goan shrimp curry. Garlic & turmeric rice and exotic vegetables complete the savory options.
