• Christmas Eve Tasting Menu – Guests may enjoy a four-course selection that includes a vegan option, as well, with such items as wild mushroom soup, pan-seared scallops, herb-encrusted sea bass, turkey roulade, corn & polenta ravioli, and stuffed butternut squash. A selection of decadent desserts is included. $95** per person.

• Christmas Day North Beach Buffet – Celebrate Christmas with an amazing display of culinary offerings featuring hot entrées such as Jamaican-style jerk chicken, snapper escovitch, lobster & cod curry, roasted turkey, and suckling pig. Starters include corn & potato chowder, island sweet potato salad, pasta salad, watermelon & feta salad, and more. Featured among the side items are Manchego mac & cheese, rice pilaf with raisins, and fried sweet plantains.
